“The website is fairly good, the only issue is in comparison to other similar websites the dispatch time is ridiculously slow. Other websites that sell steam keys will send them within 5 minutes, this website took 5 hours and as I've never used it before it made me worried thinking I had been scammed.”

Firstly we never stated it would take '10 mins' nor did it take 2 days either , this is the official time stamp for your order from our system;

We admit it took a long time to process the order, but why did it take this long ?
Because you unsuccessfully tried to authorise money on your card, so the order was flagged which we contacted you about and were waiting on a response. So ultimately this wasn't our fault if you had entered your credit details in correctly on the first attempt it would have been processed straightaway.
