You are the only person thats had an issue with activating the software so we asked you to contact Magix support directly as they would be better equipped to help you. I guess you ignored our advise in favour of trying to slander us instead.

We can only provide instructions on how to redeem your purchase we cannot physically do it for you. We have sold thousands of products similar to this without complaint so it is not a hard process.
