Paid £19.99 for Win X DVD Ripper, got the activation code quick enough along with 3 other emails, none had a download link. Download not available from website, downloaded from other website activation code did not work. Seems like money down the drain.

The game won't download properly onto my computer. I've asked to be reimbursed and haven't been. Very disappointed.

This is a scam! I was given an activation key but no where to input the key and when I asked for a refund as I couldn’t activate the game I was told no. What a joke!

Buyer was sent this email; This item is an activation key only for the retail version of the game, there is no download supplied, do you still wish to proceed with the order? His reply; Yes, please proceed with the order. Now hes complaining he cannot redeem the key on Steam or Origin to download the game. In his last email he opened with; This is such a scam and you’re a complete c***! No customer service representative or human being should be subject to such torrid abuse that they have received from Berni King (who surprise surprise has lef their review anonymous but we are naming and shaming) when they are only doing their job in a courteous manner.

Purchased a licence key that had already been used by someone else. Customer service response was unhelpful and rude. Issue still not resolved as neither a working key nor a refund have been provided. Avoid this scammer.

As with any claim a buyer is asked to provide evidence of the alleged problem. In this case we asked for a single screenshot with their email address visible to prove that the license key wasn't redeemed by them, once this has been received we said we would issue a replacement or a refund. However the buyer to date has failed to provide a screenshot where the email address matches the one the key was sent to. As soon as we refused his claim he started name calling as hes done in his review even though we have taken the time to reply to all of his emails (10 times so far). He also argues why he should even have to provide evidence that we should take him on his word. It is quite clear who is trying to scam who here yet we remain open to his evidence otherwise and will be happy to replace or refund once its received as we have said to him numerous times.

the most terrible customer services I have ever experienced .....no telephone number and just standard emails in reply to questions.....lets see if they respond to this review may even send details to mail on sunday

Another inaccurate review as we have responded to all of the customers emails. The emails are concise and not 'standard' responses as each response is tailored to the initial query. If it was as terrible as Martin claims then we would just have ignored them, we even put this argument to the customer following the review and to no surprise we haven't heard anything back since.

I ordered Age of Empires III [Complete Collection] (PC) witch was a Steam Key this was email quite quickly but the key was invalid. I contacted sales*gamers247.co.uk and jumped through several hoops to prove this i was then sent another key the flowing day witch was also invalid. i contacted support three times during that day and had no response. so i requested a refund. the response was that i had only sent one email and that it was being investigated. i emailed back proving other wise only to be told to "stop spamming there inbox" at this point i have informed them i will be complaining to trading Standards I have been ripped off and now that i am complying about not receiving what i have ordered,i have started to get very rude responses or none at all. Do not purchase from this company save your money. Edit

We have sent 8 emails to this customer explaining what is already clearly written on our website. Our refund policy and system requirements for the product are not hidden nor are they in small print however this customer has chosen to ignore them. The only thing accurate about this review is that its the customers mistake not ours and yet, again we have received an unfair 1 star review.

Obviously I cannot tell people my true opinion. That David from website has said due to my negative feedback he is not going to investigate the issue anymore. Like he was investigating at all before. So do NOT buy anything from this website. No matter what is the problem, they never refund the money. and they do give you DISABLED KEY

very indifferent support for people very new to computers. Very difficult to find out how to download game and or some reason my computer has deleted the link to Steam which was sent along with my purchase. The game that was bought was corrupted,either in transmission or at source and as such not fit for purpose. They have refused to do anything about it so I am referring them to Trading Standards. Your service has nothing to do with "expertise" I am rather glad that I am not a computer nerd. The download was faulty and you were extremly rude and unhelpful,and as you see I have no problems in editing my post!

All the download information is available prior to purchase, if you do not feel competent then do not purchase just to leave us a 1 star review when it proves to be to 'technical' for you. When you contacted us you told us you were having trouble 'creating a username' for Steam, I think that speaks to your level of computing. The buyer has since contacted us again stating he has download and installed the game but has refused to edit the review to reflect this.

Game unplayable due to a fulfillment website, Tdu2, being atrocious and not letting me register. I asked game 247 for assistance and was met with a surly rude response. No offer to assist me or to refund. Avoid at all cost. Unprofessional outfit.

When you contacted us you made some unclear statements about fulfillment even though the order was already fulfilled which we replied and said we were unsure what you were talking about you also requested a refund to which we quoted our refund policy which is readily available. You had no interest in resolving the 'issue' you claim to be having, the fact that you leave negative feedback so shortly after only goes to verify that. Yet still we asked for further clarification of the issue you were experiencing to which we received the response "If I have to explain it to you, you will never understand"

Very Poor is too good of a rating for these children. This bambinos are absolute morons and have no ability when it comes to Customer Service to any expected standard as far as I am concerned and when you post a rightful and accurate feedback on them they harass you and threaten you if you don't remove it. Children go ahead and comment away. Your reputation at poor business acumen is becoming known from your own behaviour and now you are telling lies to try and keep a false good rating. Love to see you in court but wouldn't waste my time cleaning out the pennies from the account mommy opened for you. Still waiting, but you will struggle when it's proven that your data is wrong and items accessed days later. The service was average, the game / code came quick enough but the member of staff I emailed with a concern couldn't of been less helpful and didn't have a professional attitude he just simply stated .. "I font know what you mean" Probably won't use again

So the service was 'average' as you claim and yet you leave a 1 star review, which is a contradiction. Also the email you sent us was; "I clicked on the link to view digital content and it showed a blank page, I can no longer find this button." We still have no idea what that means and instead of clarifying what you meant you decide to leave a 1 star review. How are we supposed to help you when we don't know what the problem is ? There was nothing unprofessional about our reply we keep the emails short and to the point to avoid confusion and because we have to deal will lots of customers.

I brought the wrong item and you wouldn't refund even though I emailed before I received the code then you replied as soon as I received the code saying that you can't refund as the code had already been sent. I also said that I wouldn't use it as I already had it and you still didn't give me a refund.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible prior to replying to any emails received. Telling us you won't use a key doesn't mean anything as there is no way to verify that. We have a clearly stated refund policy which is available to read beforehand, by purchasing from us you accept that. The buyer has openly admitted the mistake is entirely theres and yet gives us a 1 star review.
