So I sit here experiencing a back and forth of condescending dismissive emails from this sites staff. I just want my money back but it appears that is not something these people wish to do, although I am within 30 hours of my failed purchase, have not redeemed any keys and just not able to use their third party download service. Beware probably not a site to deal with if you want customer service and not to be robbed.

We have evidence to show that the buyer has in fact claimed the games contrary to what she has posted here. We also have numerous emails from the buyer where she verbally abuses our customer support rep, unfortunately these emails are too vulgar to post here.

Well purchased almost £30 worth of games to download yesterday but still have no access to Steam to download them with repeated messages that I don't have an account, this while signed into account and money taken. Not impressed. want my money back but apparently that is too much to ask. If I spend anymore time seeking customer service that offers redress and or refund I will spend more time reporting this site to whomever I can and yes I will expect my money back. Sort it out

I have an old mac unfortunately. Your game says 10.5 compatible. Steam is not.

BEWARE AND USE A SECURE PAYMENT IF USING Download key did not work, second download key was for an older program and would not even register.. They won't return payment, we have loads of emails with proof. Taking alternative measures to relaim payment

I thought I would get a CD for the game and by mistakenly ordered the game, when asked for a refund I was told we don't do refunds for purchases done by mistake. I am not very pleased.

Firstly the product is clearly advertised as being a download on the product and cart pages, if you choose to ignore the information provided it is not our fault. Secondly you emailed us asking for a refund after you had received the unique key to download the item and thirdly our refund policy clearly states that no refunds will be give for mistakes in purchase because the key cannot be reused. Yet another case of an unwarranted one star review, if you choose to ignore the information provided then it is not our fault.

The reason i have given them a poor rating is because of the factor that they gave me a invalid code and were rather rude about a refund, I brought about 4-5 games from them in one transaction and one was invalid on steam, so i sent replies backwards and forwards until they completely stopped replying altogether, the order was on the 15th of May 2016 and they stopped replying on the 17th of May 2016, It's safe to say that they don't care about their customers as they are rather rude when you chat with them and i have sent them email asking where a replacement code is still, i sent two emails over the last two weeks and i have had no reply whatsoever, i shall NOT be buying from them again.

Have waited over two hours since purchase- nothing received. Emailed to query and received no response. They mention a 20 minute turnaround on website. Feels like a scam.

My instant download did not arrive after an hour of waiting, nor had I received any updates (the website promises delivery within 20 mins and that you will be updated if it will take longer). I emailed to cancel my order and received a sarcastic reply saying "we're sorry you were too impatient to wait for your order to be processed". Shocking service.

Game did not work uninstalled reinstalled worked through all the support help given still didn't work I spent a whole day tryied a bunch of stuff no joy at all. Looked into getting a refund and you can't I wouldn't buy a steam from here just buy the disk is my advice. Scammers

Firstly you never contacted to say you were having issues getting the game to run prior to leaving this review so we couldn't of helped even if we were able too. Secondly we only sell the means to acquire the game not the game itself so any technical issue should be addressed to the distributor, in this case Steam and not us. Your review is purely slanderous in nature.

Moments after ordering the game I realised it was an on line game. I had thought that I was ordering a hard copy disc for the PC. I asked immediately for a refund but found you to be very unhelpful.

The product listing clearly states its a download and our refund policy clearly states that no refunds will be given for mistakes in purchase once the key has been dispatched. It is not our fault you never bothered to read anything about what you were buying. Not to mention the item you purchased isn't even available as a hard copy! As for being 'very' unhelpful we explained why a refund could not be made we even replied 3 times trying to explain to you why. So just because it wasn't the outcome you were looking for you deem this 'very unhelpful'. So we are being punished with a 1 star rating for the customers own mistake.

Bought the game on their site, directed me to Gamersgate where I downloaded it. The download didn't work. Spoke to Gamersgate who said I need to remove antivirus before downloading which is a load of garbage. I understand it may not be Gamers247 error but if they are going to sell you you on to other business then they should at least make sure they are reliable.

So what you're saying is you were provided with a solution to the problem but you ignored it. 90% of our business is based on downloads from third parties be it Steam, Origin or Gamersgate in this case. We sell numerous copies of all games and never have problems with people downloading them, usually because in the rare case they encounter a problem they follow the solution provided! Don't you think our reviews would be littered with people complaining they can't download the game if that were true ??

I bought a CD, and it arrived with the lid of the case broken and unusable. I emailed prior to leaving this review, as requested, but was informed that nothing would be done, but I could have 20% off my next order. Which is useless since I won't be ordering from here again.

You contradict yourself we offered you 20% off your next order, thats not nothing, we even sent you a follow-up email explaining in detail why we couldn't send out a replacement case. But lets take a moment to examine this; you purchased a cd for £1.99, we sent it brand new and sealed in an unbroken case, in a padded envelope by first class post. You contact us to let us know that the case arrived broken, we inform you that we won't be able to replace the case but we can offer you a 20% discount on your next purchase. Your response is to leave a 1 star review. The one star in no way represent the level of service you received nor does it represent the quality of the item. From personal experience as a retailer and a consumer, it warrants no less than 4 stars. Taking into account the value of the item (£1.99) the fact that you received it the day after you ordered it, the fact that it was brand new and sealed as described and the fact that we offered you a discount on your next order. The only issue being that the case got damaged during transit. What this 1 star actually represents is how petty you are, we are actually thankful that you won't be ordering from us again because franky what retailer would want you as a customer ??

You wrote to us to say that you had purchased a Windows game but wanted a MAC game, despite it being advertised as such. Our response was; "Sorry there isn't a Mac version, we do make it clear on the product page that its PC only. " So how exactly is that rude? The only thing that is rude is leaving a 1 star review because you made a mistake, not only that but your comments are slanderous.

Id love to review this product but I havent actually, as yet, received it!! The money isnt the point, I would just like to have my order. I have emailed on a number of occasions but I have heard nothing!! NOT GOOD!!! I do not recommend this company.

Your order was never accepted, no money was ever taken from your account you can verify this with your bank so I don't know why you're leaving negative feedback now.

If only there was a '0 stars' option.  The arrogance of this company (or is it just 'David'?) is astounding. Reading through all of the reviews here demonstrates that he is happy to accept and thank the 5-star reviewers, but fails to apologise, acknowledge or accept anything bordering on criticism. He must be a perfect human being hiding behind his keyboard. Legally speaking, it looks like he has covered himself with one of the thinnest and vaguest refund policies ever, whilst the terms and conditions basically give him carte blanche to get away with pretty much anything. If I wasn't so p****d off, I'd be applauding you for your 'business acumen'. As with a few other people on here, I'll acknowledge that I possibly made a mistake when using the mobile version  of this site. I don't know what 'Steam Key', means. I was trying to buy a game with trains in it so thought the steam referred to that. My fault then. If only I was an expert in computers and the associated lingo. I tried a bit of a debate with David and even asked for a phone number. Apparently he doesn't have a number because it's not needed when it's such an 'efficient' company. I agree. I got emails through within minutes. I just would have liked a product my son could open at Christmas rather than handing him a bit of paper with a code written on it. Every poor review on here is met with a response which borders on an attack of that person's own failings. Sitting in that ivory tower must be bliss. If I had been apologised to and had things explained in a different way I'd have let it lie. I expect one of two things will happen now. Either I'll get the abuse that other 'one star' reviewers have received or there'll be nothing (in a thinly veiled attempt not to take the bait). Actually, he might even really surprise us by providing an apology or acknowledgement for how the mobile site can be difficult for some customers and that he will take feedback on board in an attempt to be more open and considerate of potential customers and future business. Merry Christmas fellow one stars.
