Bought a game and downloaded to Ubisoft platform - ok so far. However I was unable to open game as the acitvation key was already in use. Ubisoft technical support confirmed that the activation code had already been used on another Ubisoft account before I had even purchased the game. Contacted Gamers247 who clearly did not believe me, even though I had e mails from Ubisoft technical support to confirm this, and then despite repeated requests for a refund completely ignored me. You might like to check out company address on street view before you make a purchase.
