A most unpleasant experience enough to stop me buying anything online again except from Amazon. Games 24 totally ignore consumer rights, also the products can be found a lot cheaper with proper descriptions, i.e. Version 1 or 2 and date, 2013 or 2015 etc. elswhere. Beware ! look for the small print if you can find it ho ho.
