When you contacted us you made some unclear statements about fulfillment even though the order was already fulfilled which we replied and said we were unsure what you were talking about you also requested a refund to which we quoted our refund policy which is readily available. You had no interest in resolving the 'issue' you claim to be having, the fact that you leave negative feedback so shortly after only goes to verify that. Yet still we asked for further clarification of the issue you were experiencing to which we received the response "If I have to explain it to you, you will never understand"
“I loved the look of the website as I found it though google. Then I found the sims 4 spa game, I looked at the price and it was soo cheaper then oragin.
However I did have difficulty buying the game, because after I buyed it I had to look in the question section about the website if my order would come automatically now or not. Then it said it takes 10 to 20 mins for the order to come though email, which I thorugh was fine but mabey next time they should say on email how long it will take.”
Thank you Brittany we spend a lot of time making our website aesthetically pleasing for our customers, the delivery time mentioned is just an estimate in truth it varies from order to order as each order has to be individually verified before dispatch.

“This is amazing! I am limited in my understanding of gaming and computers in general aside from internet browsing and Microsoft, but even I was able to download the game I wanted. I bought a link for Theme Park and it works perfectly! Such a nostalgia trip! Thought I was going to have to buy some sort of windows 95 PC to cure my itch to play these retro games, but this was such a great way of doing it! Theme Hospital is next on the agenda! They just don't make them like that anymore!”

Sorry you had to wait so long for your order Jay our average time is around 20 mins to process and dispatch however sometimes it takes longer to verify the order especially if you are a new customer.

Love to see you in court but wouldn't waste my time cleaning out the pennies from the account mommy opened for you. After a bit of investigation I decided to go for it and they even gave me an extra 10% discount at checkout! After checking out 5mins later the code was sent via e-mail with full instructions on how to redeem. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them too.”
Its actually because we have been scammed by Paypal and its users so many times that we no longer accept it as a payment method. We are happy though that you decided to go ahead with your purchase and had a positive experience Keir, have fun gaming :)

So the service was 'average' as you claim and yet you leave a 1 star review, which is a contradiction.
Also the email you sent us was;
"I clicked on the link to view digital content and it showed a blank page, I can no longer find this button."
We still have no idea what that means and instead of clarifying what you meant you decide to leave a 1 star review. How are we supposed to help you when we don't know what the problem is ?
There was nothing unprofessional about our reply we keep the emails short and to the point to avoid confusion and because we have to deal will lots of customers.
