Found the site via Google marketplace. Bought Crusader Kings 2 for £10 (usually £35 on steam) and received a Steam code within 10 minutes. Logged into steam, added game and am downloading now. Couldn't have been simpler. Not sure how they do it, maybe bulk buying licenses, but its great, will use for buying Steam games in future rather than from Steam directly. Thanks!
