I received the correct item ordered and it was delivered on time. I had previously ordered something from Games Paradise without trouble in 2016 so was unnerved by the many negative reviews on multiple websites. I exchanged a number of emails with them communicating my concerns and making it clear that I would be getting my bank involved if the goods were not received or were incorrect. They were pleasant in their replies. The confirmation email did not include the name of the item I bought so I even asked them to state the name of the item so I had it on record in the email thread. They were obliging. I’m unsure how reliable they are on the whole as there seems to be a wealth of negative experiences expressed on the internet, but I wanted to share that I did not have any troubles with my order.
