Clearly they do not have the stock that they claim they do.

I called twice, to have nobody answer the phone, as well as sending emails to chase up.
Was only able to get a response once I had already raised a chargeback with my bank.
The cherry on top? After admitting to the issue and cancelling the order, Games Paradise then shipped the item out to me - and then had to request Return To Sender while it was in transit once they realised their error.

“I am based in Melbourne and needed an item urgently. I contacted the store in Pitt st on a Monday afternoon. The item was in stock and the staff member in the shop ensured that the item was on the Monday pickup from the warehouse. It was shipped that day and I received it 2 day later.
They contacted me after I placed the order to let me know it was packed and shipped. They also contacted me 2 days later to see if I had received it.
Awesome customer service and I would buy from them again.”

“Item not received. Ordered a game 18th December. Its now 16th Jan and order still hasn't even been packed, tracking says "no tracking available" i put in a dispute 31st December with no response back. I've put in a dispute with my bank for items not received. Disappointed as it was supposed to be an Xmas gift. I ordered elsewhere a few days after I put this one in as I needed it and it was received 27th December!”
“DO NOT DEAL with this Company. I paid with my Visa Card on 8th December and from then onwards NO communication at all.
After one month it still registered as 'Tracking not Yet Available' on my account.
Sent emails, rang the Sydney numbers given. Did not receive any message or text. It was one month before I decided to report non delivery to my Bank and they are persueing the matter.

So disappointing as it was ordered in plenty of time for Xmas delivery.
