I ordered an item which was showing in stock with a 2-3 day lead time. Two weeks later, nothing had shipped.
I called twice, to have nobody answer the phone, as well as sending emails to chase up.
Was only able to get a response once I had already raised a chargeback with my bank.
The cherry on top? After admitting to the issue and cancelling the order, Games Paradise then shipped the item out to me - and then had to request Return To Sender while it was in transit once they realised their error.
Absolutely top-tier buffoonery.
