2 for second order placed on 19/11 and still in the pick stage not yet sent 9 days after order and payment made.”
“I was disappointed that it took five days after my order for GP to tell me that one of the items I ordered was not in stock. A further five days before goods were said to be posted. Another 5 days to find out that the goods posted had disappeared and had to be resent. All the while I had Christmas presents in the order which I had to wrap and resend. Frustratingly, all the emails I got from GP did not assign a person's name to the correspondence making it harder to know of any continuity.
Having said all this, once I got a phone call and spoke to someone, they were very helpful. They split my order so the items I was sending went direct to the end location and when an item was forgotten to be added they were very kind to resend it separately.
I believe the person I was dealing with was Conan. Thank you for recovering a poor situation.”
“Listed items as being dispatched that they knew they hadn't sent. When parcel arrived I had to contact them and they already knew they hadn't sent them. They should never have listed as dispatched and should have instead listed as on back order without customer having to chase them. Product and delivery times were good”

Kids and I enjoyed the game. Shame we had to wait > 2days before dispatched for it to arrive. Lesson learnt, don’t wait until Thu to order unless you want missing weekend playing time.”
“The product is very good, but the communication from the company was not clear. We ordered the corn hole bag toss, but we only received 1 board, and figured some how our order had been mucked up.
After 2 emails to the help desk, I have since received an email from Australia post saying our order is on its way. Coming from America. Perhaps GP had no stock?
Anyhow it’s not a big deal, it just would have been nice to know .”
“I wasn’t informed that games would come n separate packages. I had to email to confirm and the last game has still not come despite ordering 2 weeks ago.”
“The dispatch of the item was quick and arrived without any issue however the packaging was a bit ropey and the box was damaged on arrival. Because of the way the backgammon set had been placed diagonally in the square box the opposite corners were empty (apart from packing paper) and became vulnerable to collapse hence why during it's courier trip it didn't have the integrity to withstand pressure on those corners from movement or being crushed. That bit was a bit disappointing as I was really concerned the item, which is a Christmas gift, was going to be damaged.”
“I purchased Agricola Revised Edition - Farmers of the Moor Expansion because my partner loves horses and we're enjoying the base game. Unfortunately the box has arrived slightly crushed from the post office and the damage is noticeable. I'm going to try and fix it with ironing etc etc, but at least the components are fine. It's not a present so that's good, but it's not a new game now either. Maybe the packaging needs improving, or a postie just decided to vent out some of his frustration on the volume of mail he has to deal with these days.
