I was disappointed that it took five days after my order for GP to tell me that one of the items I ordered was not in stock. A further five days before goods were said to be posted. Another 5 days to find out that the goods posted had disappeared and had to be resent. All the while I had Christmas presents in the order which I had to wrap and resend. Frustratingly, all the emails I got from GP did not assign a person's name to the correspondence making it harder to know of any continuity.
Having said all this, once I got a phone call and spoke to someone, they were very helpful. They split my order so the items I was sending went direct to the end location and when an item was forgotten to be added they were very kind to resend it separately.
I believe the person I was dealing with was Conan. Thank you for recovering a poor situation.
