“I ordered a boardgame that was in stock on 5/12/2024 and they did not send it out until 14/05/25.
This was supposed to be a christmas present but obviously was now unusable as it arrived 5 months late.
Clearly they do not have the stock that they claim they do.
Will not shop again.”
“No communication, no response to emails or attempts to contact, atrocious turn around time on getting an order shipped. I would never buy from this store again even if they were offering 90% off their stock.”
“I ordered an item which was showing in stock with a 2-3 day lead time. Two weeks later, nothing had shipped.
I called twice, to have nobody answer the phone, as well as sending emails to chase up.
Was only able to get a response once I had already raised a chargeback with my bank.
The cherry on top? After admitting to the issue and cancelling the order, Games Paradise then shipped the item out to me - and then had to request Return To Sender while it was in transit once they realised their error.
Absolutely top-tier buffoonery.”
“Item not received. Ordered a game 18th December. Its now 16th Jan and order still hasn't even been packed, tracking says "no tracking available" i put in a dispute 31st December with no response back. I've put in a dispute with my bank for items not received. Disappointed as it was supposed to be an Xmas gift. I ordered elsewhere a few days after I put this one in as I needed it and it was received 27th December!”
“DO NOT DEAL with this Company. I paid with my Visa Card on 8th December and from then onwards NO communication at all.
After one month it still registered as 'Tracking not Yet Available' on my account.
Sent emails, rang the Sydney numbers given. Did not receive any message or text. It was one month before I decided to report non delivery to my Bank and they are persueing the matter.
Have reported to Scamwatch
So disappointing as it was ordered in plenty of time for Xmas delivery.

“Backgammon set was damaged on delivery. Sent photos of damage received a phone call saying that it will be replaced & also will send a free return to sender postage advice. Now been 2 weeks heard nothing at all . Now I’m going to see if I can get my money back. I’m guessing good luck with that as well. Do not recommend & will never use them again.”
“Our game arrived after many weeks late, missing the birthday of the recipient. Apparently the owner went on leave and the replacement didn’t process any orders. I feel sorry for the poor owner, but it didn’t help me with an upset child. I had to call up to find out what was going on after three weeks of not hearing anything.”
“Very poor. When I ordered the game it was listed as in stock, but due to managerial changes, inventory it was no longer available for posting. I wasn't contacted about this, it was only after inquiring why it wasn't posted that I was told this. I was offered a refund or express delivery when it came in (by the end of the week). Despite it still shiwing up as in stock on the website it wasn't posted for over another week and then at standard delivery. Arrived in a too big box with nothing to pad the space and as such box now has a ding in one corner. No too much of a big deal to me but I know it is a big bug bear for others.”

“When I considered purchasing from Games Paradise I looked at their service standards.
They dispatch within 2 days, if not send an email update. Unfortunately, they did not dispatch within two days and did not send an email. I telephoned customer service who said they were busy so they were not dispatching in time or sending emails, but promised to send express. Of course they did not send express either. Conclusion - Games Paradise cannot meet their own services standards.”
