“The "delivery within 2 days" is a load of rubbish. Ordered a game a week ago and heard nothing from them, so today I call the physical store. They give me a number to call for online orders, which nobody ever answers. They don't answer emails sent thru their website. Eventually messaged them direct on Facebook and was told they'll look into it tomorrow morning (this is at 3pm) and that their phone and internet have been out until yesterday. No phone or internet for a week? I highly doubt that, and if it was resolved yesterday then why was nobody at the warehouse catching up on backorders?
Report to the ACCC and Fair Trading if you get similar excuses, it's the only incentive they'll have at this point to treat their customers with some respect.”
“After placing an online order for an in stock item, nearly two weeks later I was told it was in fact not in stock, with a short email and boiler plate apology. The two day delivery or we contact you is clearly a load of tripe, and then they blamed it on the Australia Day long weekend, despite that occuring a full week after my order had been placed. Avoid at all costs.”
“Was actually quite dissapointed by the quality of the product. Ordered an expensive Dal Rossi chess set for a gift, which was advertised as Silver/Titanium. I appreciate the pieces weren't going to be solid silver, but they were very cheap metallic plastic. The pieces themselves were of poor quality with visible flaws and overall was poor value.”

“I ordered two items. I received emails telling me the two items were sent in the one package. When the package arrived there was only one item in it. I've sent two emails, three business days between them to allow response time, and I haven't received a reply. I receive this email to review Game Paradise and advising that supposedly my opinion matters. My experience of Games Paradise has been very poor. I doubt my opinion matters to them as I haven't received any contact from them. Anyway, today my partner is getting half their birthday present. Fingers crossed that Games Paradise contacts me so I can get the other half that I have paid for from them.”

“Absolutely not worth the money. Not an effective storage of puzzle and also not worth using whilst doing a puzzle as you can't easily move the mat from one surface to another.”
“Received notification that the order had been dispatched then some days later received further notification that no stock was available. This product was ordered for a birthday present, so let down terribly.”
