Very poor. When I ordered the game it was listed as in stock, but due to managerial changes, inventory it was no longer available for posting. I wasn't contacted about this, it was only after inquiring why it wasn't posted that I was told this. I was offered a refund or express delivery when it came in (by the end of the week). Despite it still shiwing up as in stock on the website it wasn't posted for over another week and then at standard delivery. Arrived in a too big box with nothing to pad the space and as such box now has a ding in one corner. No too much of a big deal to me but I know it is a big bug bear for others.
