Our game arrived after many weeks late, missing the birthday of the recipient. Apparently the owner went on leave and the replacement didn’t process any orders. I feel sorry for the poor owner, but it didn’t help me with an upset child. I had to call up to find out what was going on after three weeks of not hearing anything.
