“I was disappointed that it took five days after my order for GP to tell me that one of the items I ordered was not in stock. A further five days before goods were said to be posted. Another 5 days to find out that the goods posted had disappeared and had to be resent. All the while I had Christmas presents in the order which I had to wrap and resend. Frustratingly, all the emails I got from GP did not assign a person's name to the correspondence making it harder to know of any continuity.
Having said all this, once I got a phone call and spoke to someone, they were very helpful. They split my order so the items I was sending went direct to the end location and when an item was forgotten to be added they were very kind to resend it separately.

“Haven't opened the games because they are Christmas gifts but they arrived swiftly in New Zealand, in a box with paper packing surrounding the games and the tracking was great :) I would purchase from Games Paradise again.”

“Fabulous backgammon set, could not be happier, and the price was the cheapest I could find anywhere. The only problem was the pathetic performance of Australia Post - nothing to do with Games Paradise - which delivered the item a week after the wedding it was supposed to be a present for!”
