I had an issue with my son’s Christmas gift card and tried to resolve it through customer service, unfortunately, it was a nightmare. The call was outsourced to a third-party team that clearly had no idea how to help. After 20 minutes of going in circles, they finally told us they couldn’t do anything. When I asked to speak to someone else, I was told there was no one else available. Absolutely do not recommend purchasing GameStop gift cards. Total waste of time and money.
