Bought a eternity ring to surprise my wife, was not given a delivery date so rang the company to ask for the date, they said a email would be sent out, phoned multiple times and emailed loads no reply. After 9 days of trying, I rang and got a automated message saying thank you for ringing but there is nobody there.very quick to take money but non existent customer service avoid at all costs
