I ordered a diamond ring from their website and it came with no certificate and no visible stamp on the gold. They don't reply to emails but managed to catch them on whatsapp. They gave me a different return address than on the website!!! Very dogy, I feel scammed and I'm currently waiting for my refund. I would advise not to order from them directly as they're 0 orientated towards customers. They made me pay for insured return too because of their mistake!!
