Disappointing Experience at GANT – Not Worth the Price or the Hype
I had high expectations walking into GANT, given its reputation for quality and classic style. Unfortunately, my experience left me completely disappointed. The customer service was shockingly poor—staff were either uninterested, dismissive, or completely unhelpful. There was no sense of attention or care, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer especially the manager Morad.
To make matters worse, the quality of the items didn’t match the premium pricing. For a brand that prides itself on craftsmanship, the materials felt cheap and the fit was inconsistent. I honestly expected better for the money I was prepared to spend.
What was once a refined and elegant brand now feels like it’s running on outdated prestige. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued, and I definitely won’t be returning. There are plenty of other brands that offer both better service and better quality without the attitude.
