Customer service, I could not be more disappointed. They were fine during the ordering process. After my deposit was paid I never heard from them again. I understood that the deposit was non-refundable but what was not made clear during the sales process was the delay in construction of up to 120 days. This came to light after the deposit was made. Combine the terrible customer service with the non-refundable deposit and massive delay I would discourage any potential buyer from using this company. Buy local in your own community.
