I genuinely don't think i've ever been less happy with customer service.
We ordered a playhouse for my daughter, the delivery date was missed by a couple of days which was fine, but when it was delivered the base and some other parts were missing. It's been over a month now and still no parts, multiple emails, phone calls etc. I get the same response each time, that my order is being prioritised. I've asked them for a date directly and the question is ignored. No sign of any sort of priority system, I have to believe they're still making orders for other customers and just ignoring the issue. It took 8 days for the playhouse to be delivered initially and has been a month (to the day) of me waiting for the parts they missed.
