Please avoid of you do not want to be ripped off and want a summerhouse standing after storms like Eunice. The quality is rubbish, wholes everywhere, doesn't fit without alterations by qualified fitters. Contacted customer service about glazed windows snapping, they refused to help and I was required to spend more money to replace them. However they have scheduled delivery 3 times over 2 weeks and still no show whilst summerhouse is being rained on. Horrific callous and unsympathetic customer service. Worst experience by any means.
