The BillyOh garden shed we purchased 3 months ago is awful. It has gaps in the doors and roof timbers. The roof felt ripped within 3 weeks of purchase and we were told it was an act of god and they wouldn’t replace even though the weather hadn’t been particularly bad. We’ve asked for money back as we need to pay to get rid of it and purchase a new one: we spent nearly £700 on this and are so disappointed with this purchase, they refused to give us any money back. It lacks overall quality, durability and weather-resistance.
