Waited 7 hours for a delivery that didn't come. No apology or explanation. Delivered 2 weeks later with no warning and 2 panels missing. Driver said every delivery had something missing. Was promised the missing parts 3 to 5 days. Still waiting 3 weeks on. Shambolic. Take ages to answer the phone but call the order number and they pick up straight away. More garden buildings indirect
