Appalling customer service. Waited all day for a delivery that didnt come. It arrived 2 weeks later with pieces missing. Over 3 weeks later still waiting for the missing parts and they can give me no idea at all of when they may come. They do not answer the phone to queries you are directed to the web site chat and no one comes back to questions. However they do pick up on the order line..funny that
