Several parts were missing.
The base for the greenhouse was too small for the greenhouse.
Several parts were different to those described in the instructions and /or didn't fit well.
Difficult to assemble.
Impossible to get any help by phone.
Impossible to get missing / wrong parts replaced.
A lot of time wasted.
Instructions should not state that the greenhouse can be built in five hours or that it is easy to assemble. Neither is true.
