Just don't bother. Only thing that's simple about dealing with this company is giving them your money. Everything else is a hassle. Customer service is awful, you'll only get put through to someone reasonable when you threaten to cancel your order by which time you'll likely be so furious it wont do any good. Will price match on a sale item but you have to contact them during the sale which you won't be able to do because their phones that are normally an automated system mysteriously give an engaged tone during sales rather than putting you in a queue. If you'r going to buy one then at least wait until a bank holiday as that's when you'll get the best price but honestly, you'd be better off building whatever you need yourself.
