Ordered my summer house on 30th of April. I was informed via the website that it would be 4-5 weeks delivery. No show at all for over 8 weeks. Worst part is no communication at all. Tried phoning left on hold for 15 mins I then hung up frustrated, twice this happened. On the third attempt no answer??? . Emailed on 4 occasions, no reply. I was left completely in the dark not knowing if the company has scammed me or just totally and completely unorganised. Luckily I paid using my credit card. I Informed visa and got a total refund. Avoid these people they take orders and then ignore the customer. A large DIY shop sells the summer house with the same name ,so my feeling is that they favour the large orders and leave the single customers waiting without explanation. I advise anyone to not look at the cost but to AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION
