⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this company — faulty shed, unsafe delivery, and obstructive service Ordered a BillyOh 10x8 Pent Shed from Garden Buildings Direct (Order No: GBD2256376). It was delivered early, without notice, and the driver tried to leave it in the road on a corner. It was unsafe and blocked our driveway. The shed itself was poorly made and faulty — uneven panels, gaps, and parts that don’t align properly. It’s sold as a “multi-way” shed, but it simply doesn’t function that way. Customer service has been completely obstructive, demanding excessive evidence, ignoring clear photos, and refusing a refund unless I meet unreasonable demands. Even after offering to dispose of it myself, they continued to delay. I’ve now reported them to PayPal, Citizens Advice, and Trading Standards. Do not trust this company. The product was faulty, and the service has been a complete letdown.
