Honestly don’t waste your money! We waited far longer than estimated for the Billy Oh log cabin to arrive. The quality was poor for the price and one main piece was missing. After finally getting through to their customer service they sent the wrong piece, which took over a week to arrive. Again got through to customer service, promising they now had the right part but today they have sent the wrong piece again! Rang customer service and they left us on hold until they closed, it then cut off. Still unable to put the roof on this log cabin after over 3 weeks since it was delivered. Awful customer service and awful quality of the bits we do have so far. Lots of parts were broken when it was delivered so who knows what else is broken/ missing. Really wish I had read more reviews before ordering from this company!
