Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Lies after lies after lies about the delivery - only letting you know its not coming the next day about 8pm the night before - so planning days off work for delivery is pointless!
In the end, they were just useless on the phone - not in sync with logistics at all - so I cancelled the order for a full refund. Not sure how long that's going to take!
