I bought a 20" x 10" premium workshop from these people. The quality is horrendous. I now have a shed with walls that lean out at the top and a roof that has sagged. The trussses are not of sufficient size to support the roof and have all bent under the weight.
The company will send out replacements, but do not seem to understand that there is a fundamental design issue with the the shed. If I replace the trusses with more of the same I will be left with the same problem. They are not prepared to offer any kind of compensation.
