company changes specified delivery dates, placed my order chose the 20th for delivery date, on the 15th i get a text saying my delivery is tomorrow & as items are loaded already this cant be changed... i raise a complaint & am told i can have delivery on the 20th if i pay £20 extra... i refuse so they say they will "contact me" when the next delivery slot is available.
phone support is awful, most of the options result in you being told to use the website & it hands up the line.
