They don't even deserve a single star. Terrible quality of wood. Items missing. Items damaged. Items suffering from wood rot. Appalling delivery standards. Very poor customer service via an overseas call centre. After one month of to and fro, I'm still no closer to being able to turn the pile of wood I received into something resembling the glossy images on the website.
Buying a log cabin from these cowboys was one of the biggest errors of judgement I have ever made. I implore others not to make the same mistake.
