For 4 weeks I have been waiting for a lid to replace the damaged one on the storage box that sent to me. I was sent me the wrong lid, I rang, they apologised. They sent me a 2nd part, the wrong one, another apology. They promised to send it out again. Then you told me they had none in stock, offering me a partial refund of £20, for an item that does not close properly. I refused and was told that I could have a full refund. They have now rung to pick up the item, they won't issue a refund until they have it back , despite having seen photos of it. Faulty goods. Not fit for purpose.
Not only that, but they want it dismantled, which is outrageous. I want compensation for my time; time spent building it, time spent emailing them, time spent on the phone on hold. This is sheer incompetence.
They trade as 2 different company names, as Billy Oh as well; GBD which I had the same issue with 2 months ago, and would never have ordered from again had I known it was the same company.
