Terrible customer service. Soent over £200 on a bbq which came with the wrong parts and no instructions. I have to wait over two weeks to receive these now so the party I’m meant to be having over the weekend won’t be a bbq one now. When I asked what I’m supposed to do about it I was told to work it out myself. Never again
