Ordered my shed in febuary with no issues until delivery; I had an initial bad feeling when it was delivered; the driver offhandedly told me two parts were missing and would be redelivered with no reason. Said parts never arrived, took countless attempts to get through to customer service and eventually they sent out one of the parts in April. I still have not received the other part, it is now nearly May, and therefore cannot use the shed I purchased. I have rung and puts me through to other countries and emailed several times with no resolution. Avoid this company, essentially scamming people.
