During the sales process the staff were all very helpful and gave lots of info - only I found later this was built on fabrication of the truth. I was offered an upgraded base for £55, I questioned whether the shed had a floor anyway and was told it did but this base would help the structure so I paid for this extra. I was also offered an upgraded security lock. I questioned whether there was a lock and was told there was so I declined the upgrade. Upon delivery I built the shed inc the base which took 15-20 hours in total. When it was built it was clear from the instructions and look of the shed the floor was missing. I questioned GBD who told me this wasn't included and I needed to buy this myself not from them. THey have confirmed they "got confused and were misunderstood on my original sale". I am pursuing the company for false sale of goods currently and would not recommend their use from my experience.
