Truely awful customer service and no way to contact anyone to discuss. Was sent badly damaged plants and despite sending multiple photos, no one responds. Have had to chase on their chat several times, again poor response just asking for even more photos. Now the chat has been disabled 'due to Covid'. Either a one man band or the most hopeless company out there. Avoid.
