Long delays, plants arrived dried up, plants not as shown in the photo but worst of all, zero customer service. Their ‘chat’ facility is a joke! Minimum 40 mins wait. One day they posted it will be 2 hours to connect to a member of staff.
I wrote a fair but negative review, but they’ve not posted it.
