ordered 6 to 7ft Honeysuckle - got 3ft. £120 charged instead of £50!!
tried to complain - no phone - no email - just a "Ticket number" form.
9 days = no reply.
online chat = 1 hour wait and then cut off.
Facebook message = twice and no reply.
sending them back but it has cost £29.
if we do not get a refund in 14 days then it is chargeback time on the credit card.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
