Ordered a shrub (viburnum plicatum tomentosum mariesii) which was shown on their website. The wrong one arrived. They sent a viburnum but not the mariesii plicatutm. The one I wanted had a single-lobed leaf - the one they sent had a three lobed leaf. I got on the webchat and sent photos. Eight times I explained that I had the wrong plant. Eight times I was told to wait four weeks and then it would look like the one on the website. I then asked them to explain how the leaf shape on a plant could change. Eventually I was given a refund. It took an hour of arguing to get that result. Ridiculous.
