I paid £45 including postage for a laburnum tree, when it arrived early April, it had 4 twigs on it and no leaf or flower. I contacted them and was told that due to the cold Spring, it needed more time, 6 weeks later and there is no sign of life at all. I did the bark rest and most of the plant is dead. I emailed photos etc, they said because the bottom bark looked green it was still alive so therefore I am not entitled to a refund. The are rip off merchants, avoid at all costs. Poor products, non existent Customer Service. The first photo is the plant they sent me. The second photo is a replacement I bought at a local centre, which is the same size, and it was £10 cheaper, lesson learned.
