You delayed delivery but still wouldn't allow cancellation, told to refuse delivery, when it eventually happens. Emails take days to get a reply, if you get a reply at all. Plants dispatched eventually on a Friday for next working day delivery, meaning the delicate plants spent the weekend boxed up in a Courier Depot. That isn't conducive to delivering fresh healthy plants. All in all a dreadful experience and we are still waiting for the refund!
