Did not receive 2no. trees out of the 5nos ordered. Chased and after sending all the proof, the two trees were sent but half dead and much shorter than previous ones sent.. Not sure if the trees will survive.
I wrote to complain about the conditioning the trees and never got a response. It is a total waste of £200 with Garden Express.
