Ordered 3 acer trees and got an offer to purchase Dalia tubers at reduced rate so I added them to the order. Trees took 3 weeks to arrive but no tubers. The trees were t in the best condition but are still thriving. I tried to contact the customer service via their “chat” facility but wasted over 5 hours but eventually got a reply with a promise of a refund. Roll on 3 months, no refund despite sending 10 emails.
This company are shockingly bad, unless you have money to throw away avoid at all costs
