Bought a quite expensive tree from them, delivered in May, planted according to their instructions. The tree had buds on it, they still look exactly the same over five months later. Did a bark test, no green to be seen.
Have tried for days to message them on their ‘chat’ facility, eventually was able to send photo; their response was your tree is dead and is not covered by our five year guarantee.
No replacement or refund offered! Tough!
Will never buy from them again.
